Digital Course Access

The Certified AI Consulting Program is a self-paced digital course that provides immediate access to proprietary educational content, including videos, downloadable resources, templates, frameworks, and related materials upon enrollment. Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, the following policy applies.

Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase only if they have not accessed a significant portion of the course content.

Refunds will generally not be approved if any of the following has occurred

  • A substantial portion of course lessons has been viewed or completed

  • Downloadable materials, templates, or resources have been accessed or downloaded

  • Course certificates have been issued or requested

  • the student has completed major portions of the program Bullet List 1

Non-Refundable Digital Content

Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are considered final once substantial course access has occurred.

We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of time to complete the course

  • Failure to complete the program

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Business or financial circumstances unrelated to course access

Access Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing the course, our team will work with you to restore access as quickly as possible. Technical issues alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.
